Gallery Upload Problem Fixed

Finally got a chance to sit down and debug why the Upload feature in the Gallery stopped working.

It is working again.

Maybe I am having a blonde moment (AGAIN!) but I cannot even FIND the gallery, now, to upload any pictures. Help? :o
