Reputation?

I have seen a couple post that relate to the members "reputation" and a point system. Where do I find this info I want to responsible for MY reputation. My biggest concern is what everyone thinks of me. LOL

Members can add or subtract points from your reputation by clicking on the "scale" icon above each post. You start out with 11 points.

Okay I see how that works, but how can I see another members reputation?
This would be helpful before starting an argument with someone.

If you click on member list up top and hover over the reputation section on someone it give some sort of corny message. I would imagine the distinguished road thing means we have a good rep.

Hell, we only live once. Start an argument with anyone.
