Hey all, :D
We returned from Tucson this past Sunday and I finally got a few pics uploaded to webshots @ http://community.webshots.com/album/153186410DdeOpl
This run was fantastic and we are thinking of making it an annual event. Six jeeps made the trip. Lonnie and Helen led us and their friend, David, joined us, all from Tucson. Mike, Karen, Jim with Dave & Sue, Kathy and myself all from the valley.
This was Karen's and Jim's first real trail and they did a great job. Lonnie was perfect spotting everyone down the chute, although you can see in one picture we thought he was going to run away.
The day was perfect, all the people great, no one got hurt and nobody broke. The run was a little dirty from the ash left by the recent fire but it washed off.
Karen almost stepped on a rattler walking to the base of the falls so no one actually went to the bottom to see the trickle that was coming down.
Maybe we can all do it again next year and thanks to everybody for showing up.
