East Valley Dealer for Service/Warranty ?

I live in the East Valley and need to take the new Jeep in for some warranty work. Any particular dealer with an outstanding service department ?


Closest to me are:

Earnhardts in Tempe
Superstition Springs
Darner

Someone in particular to ask for ?


I bought it at Scottsdale Airpark, which is like 60 miles from me, any reason why another dealer wouldn't do just as good a job ?

If you go to Earnhardts, ask for Mark Underwood, fellow Jeeper, and he WILL take care of you.

I have seen him for lots of stuff, and he always put it under warranty, even when it prob should not have been. (front pinion seal with Lockright installed, plastic door windows, carpet, etc...)

Make sure you ONLY talk to Mark Underwood, every other service guy is an ***.

Since this post is from a couple years ago do you know if Mark still works at Earnhardt's? I guess I can call. Anyone else have any suggestions as I just found that the guy I used to use at Darner is no longer there. Have a bolt I need for them to drill out as I spent Saturday/Sunday last week beating on it and it kicked my arse so I'm thinking of handing this off and admitting defeat.
