will be having a Ranch Clean Up in the Altar Valley

Units 36A, B & C.

Time: Volunteers will be meeting between 7 & 8 AM.

Information:

Volunteers will be able to pick up trash bags from an AZ Game and Fish employee in Three Points (at Hwy 286), or Amado at the Arivaca Rd, or by going to the Hunters Who Care Base Camp at the junction of Hwy 286 and the Arivaca-Sasabe Road (where 36 A, B, & C meet).

Volunteers are encouraged to go to areas where they have found a lot of litter and pick it up. If volunteers are not familiar with the area they will be given maps or they will be sent to a location where they can meet up with a rancher or landowner to point them in the right direction.

A Dumpster will be provided in the County Dump area, which is just south of the Hunters Who Care Camp. All volunteers are encouraged to check into the camp where some refreshments will be provided.

Who is Hunters Who Care. They are a group of hunters, guides, sportsmen, hunting clubs, and various other groups who are tired of seeing the desert littered with trash. They have come together to form one group to clean the desert that they love.
