not familiar with FR42, I believe it is rated a 3-3.5. The trail is about
15 miles long and runs between Bartlett Reservoir and Horseshoe Reservoir.
Hope to see some of you tomorrow.

Talk about your perfect timing. Kathy and I were talking on the way home tonight that it had been a long week and a Jeep fix would be nice. Besides that, we have a Tomken gas tank skid and a Skid-Row engine skid that have never seen dirt and I think it is about time that they did, so count us in. We will be coming from Cordes Junction and I'm not exactly sure how far east of the I-17 Scottsdale road is. If you get this in time, could you clue me in on how far? Either way, we will be checking the e-mail throughout the evening and again before leaving in the morning (probably around seven to allow time for breakfast). The TJ is stock except for 2"spacer lift, disconnects, and skids, do you forsee any problems? Thanks for the input, we will see you in the AM.

Yeah Chip, we've planned a all-nighter for the 5th and 6th. We're
taking I-17 to Table Mesa Rd and then back to Seven Springs Campground
to camp for the night. Should be a nice run, hope you join us. There
will be more info as the date gets closer as far as meeting times and
location are concerned.

Hi All,

Is there a over nighter planned for the weekend of the 5th-6th (in

addition to the Parker trip). Thought I saw some posts for it a while

back. I've got that weekend off so I'd like to get out of town.

has anything I have listed there and is looking to sell it at a fair
price please E-mail me at ChadsMach1@a.... Also any advice on my

The dealer needs to replace it again. 150 miles after they worked on it, it
blows up? Obviously a quality assurance issue. Even they have to realize
this one was their fault.

Good luck.....Stu

Last weekend a few of us went out to the Coves and, Boy, does it need a
cleanup!

Ross Skinner believes that he can help get some press, but more
importantly, a good cleanup will help keep this area open. I will volunteer
to help a few other people to set this up. Aaron? Ross? others? We can make
a full day of it like last year and maybe end with a giant cook out at
Butcher Jones.

Who's interested? Late February? Early March?

Chad,

I have a few parts on your list.

Tuffy security gove box
shackle reverse for CJ7 with YJ springs (Brand new in box)
Chrome grab bar
Front/rear stainless steel brake lines for lifted Jeep (brand new in box)
adapter from Jeep T-5 to fit Dana 300

2.5 inch lift YJ springs (FYI, a 2.5 Wrangler lift on a CJ will net you
about an inch less and then account for settling of the softer springs...
you could end up with very little lift after a few months)

I have a brand new, in-the-box set of 4" Wrangler springs if you are
interested.

Battle Axe Rd and the Coke Ovens is an easy trail. DougB and I discussed checking
out some washes by the river to see if any of them are driveable, so we will be
making some side trips. So the trail difficulty may/might/could/will increase.

Look for the dark blue ZJ at the Texaco.

Subject: TeraFlex Adjustable rear track bar (TJ's)

JoeW and I just finished installing our new TeraFlex adjustable (and
flexible) rear track bars on our TJ's. Installation was fairly straight
forward...and I'm please to say that the new bar clears the Tomkin gas tank
skid brackets. Joe and I were both surprised at how much the stock bars had
been worn away by the Tomkin.

The new bars should aid in rear articulation...we'll see in Parker next week
how it does.

Does anyone know if the Wrangler and Cherokee use the same 5spd (AX15).

I guessI am wondering why u didnt disconnect the speed sensor and stop your
odometer. connection right to the rear of the xfre case on the drive shaft.
i have moved for about a year now. and you canreconnect it if you get a
break down.
