Way OT: Solar Refrigeration unit

One of my senior projects is to design a Solar Refrigeration unit. If you are a RV owner you might be able to understand a bit better. It is the same principle as a propane refrigerator, just on a grander scale.
Thermodynamics, yuck....

So I have been do some searching and found a unit already made. The implications that this could have here during the summer time are unreal.
With basically no more power than a fan, you could have your entire house "air conditioned". What would this do to SRP & APS profits? Wow...

How far have you progressed with your project? I work in Supermarket Refrigeration and would be interested in seeing your equipment when you get to that point. I've seen Glycol systems but the refrigeration process is still refrigerant compression, condensing and then metered expansion for cooling the glycol. I only had a minute to glance at the website you posted but will look at it further when I have time. I've never seen a system (like the RV units) big enough to do a house. Interesting!

Got to thinking about this at work today. How big of a unit would it take to do a house? Make sure you let me know about the "show & Tell",this is a very interesting concept!!!
