AJ Konesky posted this trip and Mike Tarver led it. I tagged along at the end and it was worth it to watch Jim in his YJ try to go up the hills.
There were eight jeeps altogether and everyone made it down and back up "edge of earth" including Jim after a few tries.
It was a great day for wheeling but a little chilly at 7:30 in the morning. By the time we got to the river and had lunch it had warmed up nicely.
Mike Score brought his new Rubi out (only 1000 miles) to get a little dusty and wet. We crossed the river at three different places. The water is starting to rise and some crossings may not be doable much longer.
It was a great group of people and nobody got hurt, no parts were broken and no body damage. Mike's new Rubi did get some pin stripping and someone backed too close to his bumper and caught the footplate of his Highlift and bent it at the mount. New jeeps just attract stuff.
