I went to Google and did a search, "mastercraft Rubicon seats" the first site that comes up is ChrisK's install of these seats.

How do you/did you get that ranking? LOL

Is $289 at Rusty's Offroad the cheapest price?
Do you have to order for a TJ, YJ or CJ? and what is the difference?

JCWittney charges $60 more for a TJ seat compared to a CJ7 seat. I haven't decided exactly how they are going to be mounted yet, not to factory brackets though and they don't have to flip up, some adjustment might be nice.

Try doing a search for flipped dana 300.

I got my seats through a group buy direct through Mastercraft. Might want to talk to Jason @ 4x4 Group Buy. Maybe he can set something up

I happened to sit through most of a "Trucks" episode on Sunday after two days of drooling over the Barrett Jackson. Stacy was doing a "Toomraider Rubicon build up". It was an 03 X TJ that he was actually building up to perform like the one in the movie. I just giggled at the Skyjacker long arm lift and tires, but he installed the mastercraft full floating seats in the jeep. They mounted to the stock TJ tracks and they included a lever to actuate the passenger flip-forward seat. The seats functioned like stock seats. They also supplied a matching seat cover for the rear bench. If anyone still has theirs back there. The only drilling neccessary was for the new harness he installed. However, he did state they would work with the old seat belts. Just thought I'd share what I saw. It got me thinking about them.

I might be interested in the group buy if you get something going. I need to replace my beat up original lowback stock seats (79 CJ) something fierce.

James All you probably need is just the sliders and mount the seats to the cage. You were planning on mounting seats to the caged instead of the tube right?

Might also want to make them match the paint job too. When you decide on the color. :D
