Lot's of rock crawlin shots, not many that (IMHO) would look good on a calender. Here are a few of mine:

That first pic looks great. If the sharpness/focus can be cleaned up it would be a great shot for a spring month. Nice pics.

This is a great shot! I love Martinez Canyon. This would make a great cover page!

These are all great shots but definetely the one of Martinez Canyon for the calendar. The wild flowers are beautiful. Thanks for sharing. How bout any from the river run you just got back from?

Sorry for the Hyjak Wayne...but this is one of my favorite "scenic" shots.

That first one just SCREAMS "don't you wish you had a Jeep??". Plus it's gorgeous.

I agree that the first shot is the only one that would be appropriate for a calender, most "Jeep" pic's are to show action or how difficult a obstacle is. You really need to get a larger perspective for it to look good.
I looked through several hundred shot's we took at Parker and only found a couple that even come close:
http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y126/allands/2009-03-19%20parker/IMG_1739.jpg

http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y126/allands/2009-03-21%20parker/IMG_2137.jpg

Then I found some from our trip to Ouray in '07:

Still nothing quite like that first shot in Martinez Canyon, just wish it had been a little clearer....

Wayco, that's an excellent picture. Mind if I use it when we meet with BLM next week to show them how detrimental we are to Martinez? That's an awesome shot.

If I had the original I could probably do more, but this is what I did with the one posted here :)

Great idea Dan. I'm working out a paragraph about Martinez Canyon Loop trail to submit to Fransisco/Public Comments - I want to word it just right and a main point is that we do not abuse that canyon with our Jeeps...it abuses our Jeeps!

I love those pix of Ouray, but where is Ouray? I would love to see it in person.

Wayne - I love that first shot!(favorite) I concur about your observation about "the larger picture." Your Colorado pic(1st) is incredible as well. Thank you, Oorah!

Kevin, Ouray is in Colorado. I am trying to finalize a group to go in July, PM me.

PeoriaXK - I like the shot of you guys lined up, but you should start your own pic thread for the calendar. Joe is going to review each one that way. :)
