Shouldn't his insurance pay for whatever you need ??
It was certainly his fault, as is with probably 99% of the rear end

I have a dark tan replacement top for sale. It's only been used for
about 1 year, and it's in perfect shape. It includes the rear window,
and the two quater windows (clear), but does not come with doors. I
just don't need it anymore, all zippers are perfect. $225.00. DO NOT
REPLY TO THIS EMAIL address-it's no longer valid. Send email to
driveshaft36@h....

Thanks,

I have a brand new set of Bestop supertop upper doors that have been stored

all, less than $200 takes just the uppers. Bought these at Quadratec for $229
plus shipping and the bag for $51 plus shipping.....easily got over $300 tied
up in these. The bag is great for putting your doors in when you are on the
trail, keeps them from getting scratched up and dirty.

Opps.

Check out to Jeep Rescue concept:

"The other concept was the Jeep Rescue, an obvious attempt at
answering the Hummer H2 with a huge Wrangler. Chrysler intends to
answer Hummer's expected H3 SUV with a Wrangler-inspired SUV within
a few years. And it is working out a business case for an entry-
level Jeep to be priced below $20,000."

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to let you know that I've been in the hospital since Saturday with my wife, Sarah. We came home yesterday with our new baby girl, Sedona Joy Ungaro. She was 6 lbs 15 oz and 20 in long. Everything went smooth on 12-6-3 and everyone is completely healthy. Here's a few links to pictures so everyone can see our beautiful little girl.

Congrats to you and your wife. Great pics - she's a doll!

Being a Dad is lots of hard work, but there's nothing better. Word of
advice - do what you want to your Jeep now before you Jeep fund gets
diverted for diapers, formula, and all the other gear the little one
needs :)

Congratulations, Wade! She is beautiful!

Since you named her Sedona, I thought you would like to know the
history of how the town got its name. (As when on tour, I preface any
of the following statements with the disclaimer that 80% of what I
tell you is true--it's the 20% that makes it so much fun! And since I
am posting this to the whole club, I must also swear all of you to
secrecy, since this is privileged Jeep tour guide insider information
and is only available to those of us initiated by years of red dust
eating and copious after hours tequila research.)

Actually, there are two different stories...you decide which you like
better!

One story is that the first post office was established in town in
1902, and an official town name had to be chosen. Theodore Charles
Schnebly was the first postmaster, and, like any good pioneer, wanted
to name the town after himself. He submitted a list of names to the
Postmaster General, as follows:

1. Schnebly Station
2. Schnebly Crossing
3. Schnebly Corners
4. Sedona (Theodore's wife was Sedona, maiden name Sedona Miller, of
Pennsylvania Dutch heritage).

Due to the limitation of the number of spaces on the rubber
cancellation stamps used at the time, the first three names were
rejected, and the fourth was accepted, for which residents are
eternally thankful--no one wants to live in "Schnebly Station".

But, the cowboys refute that story. They say that the Chamber of
Commerce made it up because the real story is too riske. According
to them, the real story is as follows:

The town was settled primarily by cattle ranchers, so in the early
days, there were lots of single cowboys wandering around, and very
few single women. Cowboys got pretty lonesome, so an enterprising
young lady named Dona moved out here from somewheres back east
(probably Texas--us Arizonans take particular pleasure in referring
to Texans as easterners!), and opened a business in town to
provide...shall we say, "nocturnal recreational activities" for the
cowboys. Well the cowboys was right pleased, but they wanted to make
sure that her new enterprise was successful, so whenever they was out
ridin' the range, when they ran into other cowboys, they would
say, "Hey, if you're headin' into town tonight, make sure you stop
and see Dona!" (Get it? SEE DONA...)

Anyways, some people take it a step further and connect the two
stories, saying that Dona (now SeeDona) settled down and married
Thoedore Charles Schnebly, and then the town name became official.

Good luck, have fun, and may the Jeep gods smile upon you!

Nena

I guess we should count ourselves lucky... The town might of ended up
with the name "Schnebldona".

Subject: Tranny Slipage

Hi All,

First of all Congratulations Wade.

Now I seem to be in some sort of argument with first gear on my 99
TJ. The auto tranny doesn't like to be in first. Either on the up
shift or down shift. This doesn't happen all the time, but I am
having to be real slow off the line to keep it in gear. Also when I
slow down or corner it will slip out when it hits first. I know
pretty much nothing about Transmissions so if anyone has any ideas on
what the problem could be or if any of you could give me some info on
*REPUTABLE* and needless to say *CHEAP* shops in the East Valley I
would appreciate it kindly.

TIA

Jack

Congrats to you and your wife. Great pics - she's a doll!

Being a Dad is lots of hard work, but there's nothing better. Word of
advice - do what you want to your Jeep now before you Jeep fund gets
diverted for diapers, formula, and all the other gear the little one
needs :)

I hope this isn't posting twice. I tried to send this as a reply, but
it is not showing up.

Hi Jason,
Would your friend be interested in a fixer-upper? We have a J10 Pickup
and a CJ6 for sale. We have a Cherokee that runs and needs some work
and a "Jangler" ( CJ front clip on a 1987 Wrangler) that my husband
might entertain an offer, if the price is right. Let me know if you
want details or are interested. Vernelle

About 2 weeks ago I installed a no-slip in the rear
of my 98 tj d35 every thing seemed to go well and it
tested fine.I noticed a little bit of a lean to
passenger when taking off,I think that might be
normal.
Today I made a sharp left from a stop and it felt like
my left rear tire/rear end came off the ground and I
had a enough lean to passenger to give me a bit of a
scare. I tried it a few more times and it only happens
on sharp left turns.I've got a 4" lift w/stock arms
and rear track bar bracket.Any Ideas what would cause
this.
Thanks Marty

Way cool, a great Christmas present and in time to claim her on the
taxes for a full year.

Damn, I remember driving home from the hospital with our first
child. It was the most paranoid I have been driving. I was just
trying to make it home without a scratch on anyone.
