The calender looks good. Are the runs going to be posted on the calender manually?

I just added the Table Mesa Clean-up to the calendar. It was manually added I would expect runs to be the same.

Hackle,
The cleanup you posted to the calendar isn't showing up for me. I think everyone can only post private events and nothing global for all to see. But Joe might be able to answer that one better.

I don't see what you have posted on the calendar. Can you see my new years post on the calender?

You guys are correct the dates are private. That is good as some of you I do not want in my trips:) As Joe learns this better I am sure he can set it up so everyone can post to the calendar and have everyone see it.

Hey all here is some to help answer some of your questions.
There are three types of events on the calendar: public events, private events and birthdays.
Public events are entered by the administrator or moderators, and are viewable by anybody. The administrator may have enabled registered members to post public events, but usually this is not the case.
Private events can be entered and edited by any registered member, and are viewable only to the user who entered the event on the calendar. Private events enable you to use the calendar as your own personal online diary, entering engagements and events for any date you like. If you are a registered member, you can enter a new private event on the calendar here.
Birthdays may be shown on the calendar if the administrator has enabled this feature. Your birthday will automatically be shown on the calendar if you have entered the date of your birthday in your profile. Note: if you do not enter the year of your birth when you edit your profile, your age will not be shown on the calendar.
If you enter your birthday, your name will also appear on the main forum page when it is your birthday.

Anyway we can have Joe turn it on so that everyone can add a public event? I think it could be come somewhat cumbersome having to have the moderator add every event, besides I'm sure Joey doens't want to be overworked :p.

True, I'd much rather remove stupid stuff till it get's out of hand.

Hi Jim,
I don't see Table Mesa on the calendar... are you sure you made it a public post and not a private one?

Done.
Everyone can post their own runs on the public calendar... and see in a glance what runs are posted.
Thanks for the suggestion.
Joe
