I want to thank everyone for there help in letting me know my wife's
Yukon had shreaded a tire. I accept full responsibilty for not having a
spare and paid for that today. I waited at the pavement for my wife when
John (Hunter Off Road) informed me of the situation. I had to run back
to her at mile marker 13 then to Black Canyon City Texico. I got the
spare fixed and then trucked back to my wife at mm 13.

Having traversed this rather flat section of road 5 times I can say that
the road was not the typical wash board road I was used to in the past.
The whole road was well weatherd. Some places, where a wash crosses,
were decent speed bumps.

I met another member while going to my wife and he told me he had
flopped his Jeep on the way down. I was contemplating sending a humorous
email on the way home to the club that Scott M was threatening Sharky's
roll over reputation. I thought rolling a Jeep on a wash board road more
challenging then on the way up from Lake Pleasent on the trail.

Sharkey's accident has changed all that. Rolling your Jeep anywhere is
no laughing matter especially at speed.

My thoughts and prayers are with Sharky and family. If there is anything
I can do don't hesitate to ask.

Be Safe.

Ok, I learned my lesson the hard way(although not too hard because no
one was hurt and hardly any new damage was done to my Jeep) DO NOT
DRIVE LIKE AN IDIOT on that road, there are just too many blind
corners, one lane passageways cliffs, etc.etc. I was lucky and just
dumped it on its side, I came around a blind corner going a little
too fast and saw a car coming at me through a one lane canyon so I
slammed on the brakes, the rears locked up and spun me around until
my tires hit the side of cliff and just flopped me over. we were able
to winch it back over and I drove away within 10 minutes. Obviously I
was very lucky, Ill be prayin for you Sharky!

Hi Gang,

I just spoke with the towing company, and they have stated that they
will release Sharky's Jeep as soon as the bill has been paid. the
problem is; they don't know what the bill charges are just yet because
the driver who picked up Sharky's Jeep is out for the next couple of
hours.
Tomorrow morning, Rick Norman and I will head up to Black Canyon City to
pick up Sharky's Jeep and bring it home. We'll probably tow it to
someone's private garage so that Mrs. Sharky can get Mr. Sharky's stuff
out of the Jeep (in a private kind of way).
I'll let everyone know how things go.

Kind Regards,

Joe West

Hi Everyone,
I've only been with the club for a couple of months, and only on 3
trips. I am totally impressed with the response of everyone. I didn't
get to meet Sharky yet, but God does answer prayers, and I believe
that Sharky will come out of this faster than the doctors think. With
everyone praying, it should turn out ok. I'm really proud of being
involved with all of you, Thanks.
One of the messages asked was about Scott, he was with Sharky going
up there, but came down the hill with someone else. I was just over at
Scott's house, his computer is being fixed and he is home safe.
My wife and I live on the far west side of town (Surprise) and we
would be very willing to do all that we can if needed, dinner or
whatever. I don't know what part of town he lives in. We have also
added Sharky and family to our prayer list and have been praying for
him since we found out. God bless Sharky and his family. God bless the
hands of the doctors that are tending to him right now.
Thanks, MIke and Renee Wilmarth

Thanks for the reply.
I just tried "service" and received some strange messages. First it
said that the 5.00 was equal to 3.70 ( I am assuming it is some sort
of service fee). Then the page said that payment may be refused
because recipient does not accept that method of payment. Anyone
know if it will get through?

Probably not. I think you may have your "currency" set to something different than US dollars. Check you currency settings and that should fix it.
