Arsehole, LOL. I know that....
I am pretty sure I lost some of the mounts pieces. The bolts are no
big deal, some of the rubber pieces seem to be MIA.

Here is a picture of the HMMWV that was used to attack Uday and
Qusay the other day. You can see the TOW missle actually in flight
ready to give the brothers some added ventilation. Notice also the
spent .50 cal casings on the groung next to the other Hummer. These
Hummers might not be optimum for running the White Tanks; however, I
doubt my CJ5 would look as mean as these do with a TOW mounted on
top.

Subject: Mogollon Rim Area
OK, this worked last weekend when I asked the members for info on
trails in the Camp Verde area and got good response. We towed the
TJ for the first time and everything worked fine although I noticed
a little pushing going down hill between 75 & 80 which was probably
a little fast.
We ran the Mingus Mtn run, about 19 miles, and took about 3 hrs with
stops for lunch and many pictures. The last 5 miles or so is just a
dirt road with camp grounds and this was the only place we
encountered other people. The scenery was beautiful, you could see
all of Verde Valley past Sedona to Flag & the SF Peaks. This is a
great family run with some side roads to play on if you want.
This Sunday we are going to the Rim area and towing the TJ again
behind the pickup with camper. So far the only trail we are looking
at is Aripine Power Line. If anyone has any suggestions for other
trails about that rating please post or e-mail me.
We will be staying in the camper Sunday & Monday nite and returning
Tuesday. Leaving town about noon on Sunday, if anyone is interested
in joining me & my wife, please e-mail me. There must be some
retired Jeepers out there who could make a couple of days during the
week.
Thanks again in advance

If your really gonna play in the mud there a few things to take into
consideration. Make sure the vent on you distributor isn't stuck opne
and it isn't a good idea to try and seal it shut. They make rubber boots
for them or you can fabricate em. Second the vents on you differentials
should be raised a bit using some rubber hose and the Cheepie K&N
filters on the end. There are also vents on your transfer case,
transmission you may want to do the same. If your really gonna go muddin
and you wanna play hard try these things they can save you a whole lot
of aggravation especially a wet distributor though easy to fix have fun
getting out to fix it ;)
You may also want to look in a service manual to identify all of the
vents just to make sure and even if you don't decide to raise them make
sure they open and close and they aren't stuck open casue water and mud
will defiantly get in em............ Just some ideas

If your differentials have rubber plugs on the filler holes, seal
them up with a little RTV (or similar). It's also a good idea to
replace them along with schedule gear oil changes. They tend to lose
their ability to seal over time.

Subject: RE: Muddin' Questions!!

Here is a picture of the HMMWV that was used to attack Uday and
Qusay the other day. You can see the TOW missle actually in flight
ready to give the brothers some added ventilation. Notice also the

Subject: XJ Idling High sometimes?
Guys,
my brother's 90 XJ idles at 2000 rpm's every now and then when you start it.
It does that every second or third time. What would cause that? Just every
now and then, you start the car and it shoots up to 2k and stays there. Any
ideas?
TIA
