I have a drop pitman arm for 4" lift that I had reamed out to the big (1-ton) tie rod ends. If you are going burly on the drag link, it will work for you. Cost me $80 for the part, $20 for the machine work (4-wheeler's), you can have it for $50 OBO. I sold the vehicle I was going to put it on. If you have any quick disconnects I will trade.

If so, what did you do about it? How about just notching the skid? Would
that weaken it too much?

Kevin,
add number 6. I have a 1998 Grand. White with white cladding. It has
several
chips and very minor dings and could use some touch up, especially on
the
cladding which show up as black. There is nothing wrong with the overall
paint, just the dings.
My primary concern is that the paint match. I don't want something that

That, is most likely, the ugliest ZJ I have ever seen! Why would
anyone do something like that? I guess, seeing that it was once a
total loss, that was the only uglier option the owner had than to
leave it totalled. I would have let it die.

While lounging under the Jeep, I noticed what seems to be a sign of the
front drive shaft interfering with the transfercase skid plate when flexing
(there is significant clearance when just sitting there). There is a rub
mark on the driveshaft just above the front lip of the skid. I have 4.5" RE
springs and a stock transfercase skid. Have any of you experienced this?
If so, what did you do about it? How about just notching the skid? Would
that weaken it too much?

Pete si pretty good with blending. I am gonna go down today and get
everyone4s estimates and I will post em. Also I currently have a 4 in
tereflex lift and it seems my front right side sags. I also have the
short arms with the ezflex crap. I really don't like em cause I have a
hard locker in the rear and the whole front end dips down and right when
I hit the gas. I am looking to go with the rock Krawler 5.5 or the 7 in
lift with the long arms. Kin anyone help me install the lift? Never
really don it before but don't want to pay the extra to have it
installed. I am also gonna need a CV front and rear driveshaft cause I
cant take that annoying vibration anymore. Let me know what you guys
think and I wil get right on those estimates

Kevin,
add number 6. I have a 1998 Grand. White with white cladding. It has
several
chips and very minor dings and could use some touch up, especially on
the
cladding which show up as black. There is nothing wrong with the overall
paint, just the dings.
My primary concern is that the paint match. I don't want something that
was
obviously painted.
Let me know if he needs a photo or something.

Or drop the 330 at AutoZone and not worry about messing up the assembly?
How hard can it be?
