We are working on getting another Wilderness First Aid and CPR class scheduled with Dallas Lane. In the meantime, here are some links and info I dug up if you are interested in getting CPR training on your own.

The Chandler Firefighters teach CPR on the 3rd Saturday of each month, and the cost is $25 for most and $40 for Healthcare Provider. Additional classes are available through other organizations. For more information call (480) 782-2134.

Id really recommend the First Responder class offered through maricopa community colleges. Its not as in depth as the EMT class but it has a ton of hands on and useful info

really has helped me out in several situations where I was the only one there with any first aid knowledge

Perhaps those of us who work EMS could design a program specific for Off Roading....I would want to see what the level of interest would be first before developing such a program....

Good idea...I know the city I work for offers classes....but that may be more than most want to do...

Lets see what response we get for those interested, if there is enough of a response, I'll custom design a program for what we do and our rigs. It would probably be a hybrid program, a cross between wilderness EMS and regular EMS. It would include CPR training for sure. So far there is two, so would need many more to justify putting such a program together.
