Firstly, I need to apologize for not posting this earlier - and for missing the meeting. We had a computer crash and had no internet for over a week. After that, I have been so busy being back on active duty that I barely have had time for my family. I even lost track of what day it was and didn't even realize there was the meeting today, which I couldn't have attended anyway because of scheduling conflicts.

Currently, I'm working 50 hours a week monday through friday, then I have drill weekend this weekend and will be out of town after that until halfway through september. I'm not trying to make excuses, but I have to step back from some things that are important to me, such as college and central organization of this group in order to keep up with work and family right now.

Out of pride, I have not asked for help in getting all of this accomplished and organized, but I absolutely cannot do this without some organizational help in some areas. I'll be calling around tomorrow and seeing if I can get some of these requests in with certain people for assistance with organizing this.

Again, I apologize for my lack of communication on this topic.

Not to worry! I PM'd you. It was just a minor snafu; nobody's fault. We met, and will meet again. Plenty of people are willing to pitch in and give you a hand.

Great. I will do my best to telecommute from Camp Parks for the meeting in August and will make sure that Ben will be there in my absence.

And to answer some of the questions - Ben and I did not get deployed. I'm working as an operations sergeant at recruiting command, which keeps me very busy and Ben is still working and recovering from surgery - we had our only computer crash and also have been dog sitting for my boss's 3 dogs who decided to get explosive diarrhea.

I have an always-on conference bridge we can use for telecommuters. If interested i will post the guest information.
