Okay, I am going to have to leave my jeep setting in a parking lot for about 4 days. I would like to know what the members here do to secure your cable so it does not get ripped? No driving something else is not a option this time. Your input is welcomed. Thanks

Don't have one myself but I do know that some people tack weld the bolts on the winch plate to keep it from being removed.

Hi Steve, if they are going to take the winch, they probably will just take the whole heep. I would like to secure the cable. Thanks

If you're worried about them taking the cable...why not just take the cable off and leave it at home? Seems like the logical solution.

They would take the entire winch before they would just take the cable. Too much work when the winch can be removed easily.

I agree with Bilt4Comfort, take the cable off and leave it at home :drummer:

Not sure anyone would just steal the cable. The cable isn't worth that much.
How about having somebody drop you off (Taxi) so you don't have to leave your Jeep.
