Thanks Amber and Jim. The National Guard Facility was a great place to meet. Good first meeting. You've got the idea of what type of training is necessary for the basic search and rescue requirements and what information the sheriff's office needs for a lost person search.

I just got an e-mail from freinds in Walker and said the fire is about 30 miles from them and moving fast.
