I wish I could partake in this deal, but with the other project going

solenoid also used for fast idle during choke mode. If you do not run

That is true. I ran this for a while on my Holley pro injection and I used
blocking diodes on both inputs to the solenoid.

Anyone up for helping out a fellow jeeper? I don't have enough

Here is a recent pic of the wheels. They are only a year old and have the regular Wrangler bolt pattern 5 on 4.5". Due to the axle swap I need to switch to 6 on 5.5" pattern. I really like these wheels.

Hello,

I know I have seen posts about this topic before, but at that time I
had no experience with it. Well that has changed. Over the last 5
months or so I have had this happen about once a month. It feels
like the front axel is going to fall off. About a week ago I had a
road trip to Parker and it happened 8 times that day. With it
happening that often I found something in common when it would
happen. Most of the time I was driving over 60mph and would it a
small bump in the road (like the transition from blacktop to a
concrete bridge). I soon began to recognize the first signs of the
wobbling, so I would apply the brakes firmly and it would stop before
it got really bad. In the beginning once it got really bad I would
almost have to come to a stop to get it to go away.

What has to be done to correct this from happening in the future?
Has anyone else had the same similarities as myself?

Check all the front end components for looseness, worn TRE's etc.. The
track bar (worn TRE, wobbled out mounting bracket hole, etc), is the most
common culprit.

And DON'T forget to have your tires balanced when all of the other

I could, but only if I had the tools and supplies...both of which I
have neither.

Thanks for the input though.

This is currently happening to me! I experience this on a daily basis. It
always happens to me at about 50 - 55 mph. I either hit a little bump or
when I hit the brakes hard. I have no way of knowing what it is. I have done
everything that the group has suggested with the exception of an alignment.
Costs $60 that i don't have right now. I plan on getting a lift in the
future and hopefully can wait till then. I hear that it can possibly be the
Tie Rod Ends. Let me know if you find a solution because you are
experiencing exactly what I am and if yours gets as bad as mine then you
will be scraping your own stomach out from the top of your mouth! mine is
pretty bad when it happens... i thought I was going to lose control one day.
Had to change my undies!

Let me know what happens!!
