looking for some stock to 31s for a tj

with gas getting as high as it is i am wanting to put some smaller tires on my jeep to keep the gas somewhat decent and put the 35s on when i go wheeling any body have some take offs that the want to sell cheap they dont have to be brand new but decent shape and a decent price
