Mike,
I spent some time building a setup that includes a fuse block in one of those Radio Shack project boxes to keep most of the water out. I'm no electrical expert but this has worked for me just fine for a year now. Remember when wiring from the block to a device to use a gauge that matches the current draw. I used trailer wire with the connector attached so I could quick-disconnect something but the amps were low.

Need some tips/advice/ideas/comments from anyone that has added a separate power panel distribution for easy access to direct power from the battery.
I am looking at installing a panel in my 2000 TJ that will be live (a direct feed from the battery) and I can make all my aftermarket connections to, i.e. rock lights/driving lights/arb compressor. I was wondering if anyone has done this and has any leads on where to get the parts. Also, any tips/pics etc... would be appreciated
I have checked the obvious auto parts stores and all they have is some lower quality components that are not what I am looking for.
TIA,

only get 15 gallons in my tank. I know this because the day after I
pulled the 3 inches of tubing I ran the jeep til I ran out of gas.
When I filled it up only 15 gallons would fit. So I was
disappointed. Now I do know that my yj actually has a 96 engine in

all 95's are the same or not. Its worth the try or if you can crawl

Mike,
I spent some time building a setup that includes a fuse block in one of those Radio Shack project boxes to keep most of the water out.

TIA,

Martin,
Thanks for that lead. We have 2 Desert Rat stores in town, one just less
than a mile from where I (and the friend) works. He was going to give them a
call, but I didn't know for sure if the handled the RE line. They have Tera
for sure, but (from their website), they don't appear to produce a 3" lift

At any rate, he's going to call Desert Rat and I'll pass this e-mail along
to him.
Thanks again,

pulling the tube out that is supposed to be something like 9 1/2

only get 15 gallons in my tank.

Subject: Re: Lift purchase question for you people in Phoenix
I have that exact lift on my '98 XJ. I got mine from 4 Wheelers down on
Washington. I paid $399 for it, but RE's website has it listed at $319
right now. I'd give Barry @ 4 Wheelers a call and see what he can do for
you.

Hope this helps,

Martin,
Thanks for that lead. We have 2 Desert Rat stores in town, one just
less
than a mile from where I (and the friend) works. He was going to give them
a
call, but I didn't know for sure if the handled the RE line. They have Tera
for sure, but (from their website), they don't appear to produce a 3" lift
for the XJ.
At any rate, he's going to call Desert Rat and I'll pass this e-mail along
to him.
Thanks again,
Fred
