Complete Exhuast

My exhaust manifold is cracked and the catalytic converter is rattling. I am currently planning on the following items to replace the system

JBA Cat4ward Shorty Header-$350
MagnaFlow Direct Fit Highflow Cat-$120
DynoMax Super Turbo Cat Back Kit-$190

I have listed the prices in hopes someone might steer me to a cheaper route. I don't feel that the total price is bad though.

But my real question is "Header or Manifold?" Is the money spent on a header worth it?
