i just did a claytons 6in long arm lift and cant find anyone to do a full chassi alignment here in phx

You can get it within a few 16ths yourself with some creative measuring. Find the frame/unibody alignment holes, and measure straight back from there to the rear axle, and diagonal. Also measure from a set point on the axle like the WMS to the frame rail to get it centered. Then just adjust the arms to get all the measurements as close to equal from side to side as possible. Do the same for the front to get it centered, and use Stu's guide to set the toe & center the wheel.
Luckily for me, I work in a shop so I have access to a $30k Hunter alignment rack any time I need. :p Now I just need to get my long-arms installed soon so I can line it up before I quit & move west! :D
