I need about 5 minutes of someone's time to help get an axle out of my pickup and into my garage. I live in the Arrowhead area (67th Ave & 101). It took 2 people to load it into the truck, but don't have someone available to help me get it into the garage. Thanks for any help.

Why are you so far:D

I unloaded a 14b by myself and I'm weak, what I did was get in the bed, push the axle to the tailgate, grabbed the end farthest into the truck bed, raised that end and slowly let it slide down the tailgate onto the ground, then I got some rollers (whatever that's available) and tilted the axle onto it.

Hopefully someone does help you axles are a pain in the :asshole:

A 14 bolt is a heavy sucker, this should be much lighter. It's a front Spider9 with just the housing, knuckles, and center section. The difference between the 2 is how much I just spent on the thing. I'd hate to drop it on the yoke or something.

Thanks a lot! I appreciate it. You're the man. My neighbor wussed out, my dad has a bad back, and most of my friends don't live around me anymore.

Not gonna baby it in the rocks. But I'd hate to drop the thing before I even got it in the garage.

I usually set one end on the ground, then grab the other end, swivel it around and set it on the ground. Then i use my floor jack to move it around :)

Thanks. I'm sure that would have worked. I guess I'm being a little over-cautious.

That is a nice looking axle......the only problem I see with it.....when it comes up missing, Jaime is coming after me.

Is that why you were so happy to help? Just casing the place? And I have it sitting right next to my Atlas 5 to 1. Maybe that's not such a good idea. If it wasn't getting hot, I'd consider leaving my bullmastiff in the garage to protect it. He'd at least slobber on you.

Didn't see your post on time. I could've helped you. Only a couple miles away. 59th and Bell.
