MY wifes daughters BF needs to put Struts on his 93 Caddy
We have the room, just not all the tools.
Would like all input in this matter.
We live near Metrocenter Mall
BTW we have the struts to put in if need be we can figure something out

auto zone rents tools what is needed i might be able to bring it if i have it and let you borrow them when i come to your house tomorrow

Just an FYI, struts can be dangerous if not properly replaced. You need a strut compressor to take the tension off the spring and having an impact wrench is almost mandatory to re-tighten the nut on top of the strut. Otherwise the strut rod will just spin and you can never get it tight. Plus it will make it easier taking off the bolts that hold it to the steering knuckle. Definitely make sure you have all the right tools and knowledge before you start on this.

I think he found some freinds that have the tools and knowledge to do this.
When he comes over later, We will still ask for help, or close this THANKS for all the Ideas If it was not for having him read your ideas, He would still need help.

Guess what? He went and they had spring compressor, but the impact gun was not as strong .
Still need help if you all are interested.
