Trip to Scorpion Thursday April 17th.

8 am Watson road is the meeting place, West on I-10 past Goodyear to the Watson exit, then North about 1/2 mile to the dirt.

I really enjoy that trail, and Hyjak is featured in that write-up. This Saturday I will be running Landslide out there, so I can't go, but next Thursday I could show you and if we got an early enough start, I could lead you through it. Just have to be back to Goodyear by noon.

My wife's schedule just changed so it looks like we'll have to miss this run. We are going to try to run it on Saturday instead.

Sorry to hear that Scott, was looking forward to wheeling with you. I might be out there on Saturday too, just can't commit yet, too much going on.

I got a PM from aszaunmi yesterday about not making this run, so it was no surprise that Kevinc was the only Jeep to show. Having never spotted a Grand Cherokee before, I decided we would give the falls at Upper Scorpion a shot and see what it would do. Since we didn't get any pic's, this might not have happened, but with a few strategically placed rocks, his rig went up! :eek::D
I really didn't feel comfortable taking him all the way to the top of Scorpion, so we hit a couple of easier trails and were out of there around 10 am.
