I'm trying to get my business going and may have some work coming up next week which requires bending (arching) square tubes.
Anyone willing and/or have the capability (or know someone/business) to bend square tubing around 6ft long, up to 4inch wide and 1/8"walls without kinks? Untill now I cannot afford this type of bender, however I'm reseaching on how to build one so in the meantime not to loose customers I would really appreciate if someone can help out. Reasonable price pretty please.

Can't have dies for round tubing. I think this kind of bender looks more like this from the side with the top cylinder pushing down and square tubing rolled between the top and bottom cylinders:

davis salvage had one inside last time i was down there i don't know if it was for sale or to use...

Hey if there's a shop out there or someone with a good beam roller that can help me out let me know, the radiuses I'm making are a little tight for what my bender can do; it is bending the metal but kinda crushing it too:( I need side rollers built in I think to prevent that? Anyway, looking to bend 1.5" .063 tubing.
