I came across this a while back, and held on to it. I have just ONE rear long arm. It has a slight bend from the previous owner hitting a rock hard. He never had any issues even after the hit.
$80

Does the jam nut loosen up, or is it bound up in the bent threads?

Just checked it, it moves about an inch but it stops halfway where the bend is. It does spin though. Maybe a little heat will help???

cut it on the bottom of the jam nut and thread off that way then cut the remainder of the threads off on the arm then re weld new stud on and your good to go
