Im upgrading to alloy shafts and having a problem with the passenger side.
There is a seal/bearing on the driver side of the vacuum disconnect and i can't for the life of me get it out. I cut the bearing out with a dremel and the shaft fits without rubbing on it but should i take out the rest of the seal too? or should i just leave it. Ive been beating on it with a 10lb maul and it hasn't budged! also if i installed the axle tube seals on the outside do i really need to install the seal that came with the kit inside the housing (pass side)? HUGE pain in the ***!
