After 2 years as a DD, I'm finally changing my tired '97 TJ to weekend toy status...so this is kinda on-topic...:whistling:

Can anyone recommend a good auto shop that can checkout a 4-door sedan?

When I sold my last car the buyer took it to SunDevil auto in Gilbert, but not sure if that's the best place.

East side...Hoppers Automotive
West side.....Absolute Offroad. I took my daughter's 04 Stang in for Joe to check out the day we were going to buy it, he went over it very thoroughly, even checked it with his scanner, put it up on his rack, checked entire undercarriage, checked for repaired collisions, etc. Gave it a clean bill of health.

Depending obviously on where you live...I've heard Sun Devil Auto is great. I personally live near Jim Winters Automotive. I trust them 100% as I have taken vehicles in and stated X was wrong with it. They called back, said no point in replacing/fixing that as it's not the problem. Problem is this, you want us to do it or you want to come pick it up and do it yourself? Saved me a couple hundred bucks. How often you going to find a mechanic shop that will do that?

They charge $70 for a used vehicle inspection. Located at approximately Scottsdale Rd. & Thomas.
