I heard a few hours ago that it is open now.

It's open. SB side closed, 2-way single lane traffic on the NB side. SB transitions over to NB side just before the slide (they removed the center barrier) and transitions back at the Sycamore Creek/Mt Ord intersection (top of the hill). Posted No Left turn for NB at the top of the hill.
