Daniel, just in looking at and seeing the size of the AC...I think it would be cheaper to just buy another AC.

Sears has some units on sale, right now.

Just take what's left of your mountain bike, hook up the crank to the motor and start pedaling, you'll save a few $ on your electric bill.
