Please read the following email I sent and send a letter if you are a hunter. Here is an attached letter I wrote you can change the name and put yours on if you dont have the time to write your own.

At the bottom of this email is a link to the members of the AZGF commission to decide on this issue. If you agree with me then write your own letter or copy my attached letter I wrote and change the name to yours and send it to the AZGF commission members. They are having the meeting tomorrow at 11 AM at their new offices by Lake Pleasant

Hello Sharon & Greg,
I could not agree with you more. If we extend special rules for Cabelas then we will have to for everybody else? If the time is going to be extended to 8 PM for example then why not 9 Pm and if 9 Pm then why not 10 PM and so on and so on and so on, a cut off time is a cut off time for the END.
I know of a person who showed up at 5 minutes after the cut off on the Tuesday and the Game and Fish officer told him it was too late and made no exceptions. Is this not a good rule for all to follow?
Thanks for the info. I will be creating a letter for both AZGF and Cabelas with my thoughts and sending it tonight. From what I understand and please correct me if I’m wrong. I was told that UPS failed to make delivery on time resulting in Cabelas applications being rejected and this is what the “fight” is about.
