This past weekend TC & Donna and myself went to Parker to wheel with the Arizona Rock Crawlers. We camped right on the river so Donna could enjoy her day and fish a little while me & TC went wheeling.

We had a great time, two little TJs playing with the big boys which included the Jagged X buggy, an awesome machine. We didn't do too bad, need a little paint and TC might need some repairs to his top but we had a great time and learned a few things.

We wheeled Rio Lobo to start on Sat and finished with Deliverance to be closer to the Desert Bar at days end. Sunday we did True Grit and President's Choice and I finally made it up the launching pad without any help.

Kerry did a great job leading the trip and in attendance were three yotas; Alex & Richard and families from Wickenburg and Sy and Brandon. I followed Sy so he could keep me out of trouble and then TC, we were the only TJs. Roger and Anna in the red buggy, Loren a 16 yr old in her pink buggy, who did a great job by the way and Bill and Brandon in the Jagged X buggy. Monica, Loren's mother, rode with her some of the way and Blake, her father spotted her and drove his Rhino until he blew something Sat evening.

I didn't know til the last minute cos I couldn't get all the parts to fix Brandons truck til Moday so I went wheelin.

Rich those are great pics. Glad I went and glad you guys came along too. TC sorry about the top.....Thats why I stayed out of there. :smug:

I have pics and vids too, haven't gone through them yet. Been workin on B's truck all week. Will get them up soon.

These trails are all 4+, there are other easier trails out there but with all the rigs well equipped we stuck to the tougher ones.

Sure looks like fun. I had a blast when I was there with the Parker 4 wheelers. Presidents Choice was one of my favorite trails out there. We also had a stop by at the desert bar for a cold one, a nice site after some dusty wheeling.

My avatar is from the entrance to Presidents Choice. Looks alot different now.

We stayed at La Paz County park campground (looks like the same place you all stayed) Great to be right on the water and watch all the boats go by. Here is a vid of my 6X entering Pres choice http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2vQFVE1Fgx0
There are so many trails out there. The offroad clubs in the Parker area have done a great job with the trails out there. We did a few but there are many others I would like to get back up there and do. Rodney at Parker 4 Wheelers was a great help and knows a bunch of great trails if you ever get back up there.
