I was thinking about how much I liked the smell of Loktite last weekend while reattaching the rear driveshaft...

If I could run race fuel in my rig AND afford it, I would!!! The smell of that stuff burning in those BITD race rigs gives me a... Well you get the picture.

From one Vet to another ... Thanks and be safe, that said, Been working in the automotive repair industry for about 15 years(nothing fancy like offroad, just light duty on autos) my wife has come to love the smell of oil, grease, ect, personally I can't smell it, guess I am just to used to it.

The smell I love the best is the alcohol and motor oil when assembling an engine. I also like the smell of new ATF as you are rebuilding a transmission.

Everytime I was deployed in the military I missed every little thing you could think of...not just jeep related but everything. You never miss it till you don't have it. Where you deployed to? Need anything (jeep mags, top ramen...etc)?

Im at the 'Deid. I should be fine here, almost half way done! Its actually not that bad here and guess what??

I got to drive a 04 yellow Rubi around base the other day, running errands! It was good to be in a jeep- but I cant figure out why they would sell locked rubicons over here:confused: Not that many rocks to climb

Thank you for your offer, I really appreciate it! Just worried that anything that was shipped now may get held up at customs and miss me by the time I leave.

-Thanks everyone for the kind words!

I always carry a small vile of gear lube, you know, to impress the ladies.
