Did anybody fall victim to the quicksand?

nope, we hit the creek further up than one might expect, so we didn't even have to use our sandwiches as floatation devices, but as you'll see in pics yet to be posted (by another in our group), the water was pushing terminally deep when we went beyond, into what one person claimed was 'Poor Man's Gulch', a trail that has seen little travel, based on the amount of overgrowth present. I had a roof rail taken off, and had my cb antenna got tagged so many times that it fell clean off too, but don't know exactly when. :aagh:

Trail looks nice. What's it rated?

I'm ready to test out my MTR's in the wet as I'm sure they'll stick like glue :D

the majority of the trail was 3.0, but for you with wet MTR's... well... good luck with that.
