Black soft top / but white on top ???

I saw a Jeep out at the 4 peaks clean up and it had a black soft top, BUT the very top appeared to be white or a lighter color. Which I imagine would reflect some heat.
Does anyone know this Jeep or has seen a top like it ????

Yea, he painted it with a roof sealant I think. I have it on the roof of my house. It is amazingly cool in direct sunlight.

I have ridden in Number 7 and, for sure, it is cooler and compared with my ear splitting YJ soft top lot quieter too. George did paint it with roof sealant and loves it (so he said to me) and will tell you about it, just PM him or post up here.
