How many of the Garmin 60csx user's are using the suction cup mount or would you go with the hard mount? Thanks for any help!

I use a hard mount in my personal vehicles and on motorcycle. However, when taking it along on vacations, I bring along a suction mount to use in the rental cars. Works out great, preload your itinerary, hotels, places to eat, etc.

i had the hard mount with the supposed permanent sticky and it didn't even last one trip, i am going to try some different glue or maybe screw it in somehow. I have still yet to see a good permanent mount for the 60csx

I don't like suction cups either, had one let loose on a bump and my unit hit the shifter and cracked the screen. Screw the base to something is the best way, if if you have a TJ or XJ or something with some dash space the Garmin non slip bean bag mount works nice too.

Ram mount holding my Garmin 60cs. So many ways to configure it with the modular mounting system, I do believe you would be hard pressed to try every configuration.

I was looking at that set up today, with the sports bar looks like it could work out pretty well.
