Going to do a bunny ROC run out at butcher jones next weekend... I'm fianally gonna have the rig where I can wheel it a little... I'm going to have to be carefull as my drive shafts are the wrong length but I should be okay if I go slow :(

Meet at 9:30 and plan on heading out by 10:00 after sufficient bs'ing and catching up...

take the 87 to payson and turn right on to saguaro lake turn off. then turn left on to butcher jones road and go throw the lockable gate. go down and round the 2 mi road and go throw the green gate. THEN HAVE FUN.

There are lots of bumpy roads up to hills that are almost un-climbable in a jeep and everything in between :)

If I don't make it, could you get the vin's fron the wrecks out there so can run before extracting?

Not gonna promise.. this is a fun run and we're gonna be goofing off. I do plan on going back out soon though for a vehicle recon specifically for that purpose and that should be in the next week or two. I know of two more in lower syc that need to be identified as well and I know David C know of at least two more out at Butcher that are waaayayyyy out there (probably a two day extraction).

Once I have the numbers and get the okay, I'll begin to get the guys organized for some bonzai runs to pull em out...

YJunk

oh and for the record I will be on my "neerly" best behavior for this run... so if anyone is doing the family thing thats cool...

Well, the wife and I might meet you guys out there. I'm tentative. Picked up a cold and had to cancel my camping plans, but still want to get out of the house. If I'm not there by 10, don't wait up.

Well, every now and then, my constantly-changing work schedule changes to my benefit. I do have a little free time this morning. I can't stay out there long, but I'll see you all at the green gate in Butcher Jones parking lot.:)

I haven't had to drive that slow in a long time but still had fun... was good to see everyone out there. A definate difference with the atlas there; its nice not to have to stop to engage the four wheel drive, pretty much just shift and go...

the low low is way to low for anything out there (the 3.8 is almost too low for anything out there) but it was cool to try it out...

terron gregg

had an intrsting time today other than having to tighten my control arm bots like 3 times and my trac bar bracket would defiantly recommend a long arm kit to anybody that is thinking about it it has stupid amounts of flex
