Queen Valley, Montana Mountain Run - Sunday 2/24

Since we lost the posts on the server backup I'll post this one back up. We'll be running the Montana Mountain trail tomorrow - 2/24. Meet time is 8:30 AM and we'll leave at 9. Meeting spot is the intersection of US 60 and Queen Valley Rd, just down Queen Valley.

The plan is to do the Montana Mountain loop with possible exploring of side trails or things of interest along the way. This run is stock jeep friendly. If we happen to get done early we can head across the 60 and run Woodpecker. Here is the list, last I remember.

I'd be in for Montana Mountain since you're accepting stock jeeps. I've only been as far as Roger's Trough and would I like to see the whole loop.

Woodpecker would be out of my league.

You are more than welcome. If we did woodpecker, you could either head back or tag along and take the bypasses.

Montana Mtn. is a nice trail, and if the weather is as good as it was today out in Box Canyon you should have a great run. All the little streams were flowing a couple of weeks ago when I went with some other folk so count on lots of little water crossings and some flow down some of the sections on the east side of the trail.
