Auto transmission suggestions

In the past 2 days I've noticed that my transmission shifts harder when I'm slowing. I checked fluid and its full, thats the extent of my knowledge about transmissions. Does anyone have a suggestion for a shop near cave creek and thunderbird in phoenix. There are a bunch of shops near me, but was hopeing someone could suggest a place they have used before. Thanks!

I use Performance Transmission, its on 68th ave and Northern. I know its a little further away, but they are great.

Sounds like it's time for a fluid and filter change....
...or try some of that LUCAS trans additive, seems to have nothing but good reviews on it.
