If you're thinking of swapping a HP Dana 44 into your XJ, ZJ, or TJ then you've likely done the research and know that the HP Dana 44 would go right in if you can get the brackets in the right location.
DesertFab Motorsports has just what you're looking for.

This axle Truss by T&T Custom is available with or without mounting brackets for upper control arms.
Also available in a full install kit for the do it yourself Guy or Gal

** This truss is designed to fit a HP Dana 44 with weld on wedges only. HP Dana 44's with the hollow casting wedges are not compatable. HD HP Dana 44's found in leaf sprung 3/4 and 1-ton Ford trucks may be modified to use the truss by cutting of part of the casting on the spring side and narrowing the long side ~1". Please call for details prior to modifying your differential specifically for our truss.
