K, heres the deal, I am a big fan of Stephen King(minus the last book in DT series). Anyway, any suggestions for a good set of books to get into. Suggestions for books to get introduced a particular author. Personally I want to start with some Clive Barker, never read his books(I KNOW). Any suggestions are welcome. I just have readers block if you will, maybe I will get Pullman and see what all the hubub is about.

Someone whom I just recently began to read is Cormac McCarthy. The book I am on right now is titled The Road and all I can say is wow! One of the best reads I have done in a long time. I guess it won the Pulitzer for a reason. McCarthy is an amazing story teller and his writing style reminds me a little of Hemmingway.

I can't wait to check out his other work.
