I'm looking for anyone who might carry Mud King tires.

They are a BFG tire that is a MTR knock off. I need to replace one and I don't know who carries them. I found this first set at a junk yard off of a wrecked YJ.

Anyone?

Discount used to carry them for years. I think they still do.

As a mater of fact I went there a few months ago to get 4 new ones and they had them but the guy offered to give me the BFG MT for the same price so that was not a had choice.

When I change them all out I'll upgrade. These have been bullet proof for me but they are pretty hard rubber and wear pretty quick. Also they are useless when wet. Even worse than most on slippery rocks. On sharp rocks they climb like a cat. :)

I got mine at Discount & I think 4 wheel parts carries them too.

Do you remember what they ran? I found a guy here in AJ who can get them for 149 out the door .

I don't remember what they ran but it was only $10 - $20 difference from the BFG'S. That sounds about right. I found out that if you call different Discounts you will get a different out the door price with mount, balance, installed.

That is like saying a Chrysler LaBaron is a Jeep Wrangler, just a Lamborghini knockoff. Sure, they might have the same parent company.....but PLEASE!!!

I didn't say they were as good, just similar pattern. I run a set now and I like them so I might as well stick with them till I upgrade the whole set.
