If you have read my other posts the last couple of days I am unable for some reason to post pics.
For some reason I get an error that says I have posted these same pics on another thread, which I have.
Don't know why I am not allowed to post same pic in more than one thread.
The old thread in fact was deleted by me months ago in October when I last rented it out.
Some have tried to help me with this and I am sure their advice is good but I have not been able to wrap my mind around how to make a link to a picture other than attached as a thumbnail to the thread as I have done in the past.
I have had success tonight with those that asked me to send pics to their regular email.

Ok, think I got something working. Finally wrapped my mind around something someone said to do in my please help with pics post.
Posted a internet address in the first post.
You will need to copy it and past to your http bar as it does not seem to be clickable.
Still not sure why I can't post the same thumbnail in more than one post.

Not to go off topic but:
I don't remember if I saw you pic problem post so I don't know if you have attempted this as of yet:
Click user CP
Of the left hand meu, scroll down to "Attachments"
Look to see if the pics of the house from you previous/deleted post are listed there, if so delete them.
I am thinking this because perhaps Joe's sytem/code in the forum has some sort of cookie or marker(I don't know the techie/computer lingo) that prohibits it's use twice?!
Since the previous post was deleted, it should be a problem if you delete the photos from it as well. This way they ar enot still sitting on the server...

Is this in the area of 64th and Recker Rd? I used to live in that area and work at MD. Was awesome running up to the lake after work for a couple hours of skiing.
If so, that's a nice area and pretty Gearhead friendly...

Thanks for asking.
It is near Ironwood and Apache Trail, a few lights north of Ironwood and the 60 which is a little north of Desert Fab.
The address is 579 N. Gold Drive, zip is 85220.
Yeah with no HOA , 2 car garage/shop and a full acre no issues with doing what you want with vehicles. Neighbor had about 6 postal jeep on his place for a while.

Thanks for your reply it gives me the chance to say why my home is worth so much more than the estimate on the link you posted.
This site is not a professional apraisal. The purpose of this site is to solicit for businees for Realtors as far as I know. They hope one in 1,000 people who go there will like the value of their home and call them to put it on the market with them. It was somewhat effective when the market was hot, not so much now. It is generated by computer and no human being has gone to the home to appraise it, not even a Realtor who can give an opinion but can not appraise a home.
The amount is almost exactly what it appraised at when I bought it years ago with a 2 car carport instead of the two care garage it has now. Since then it has also been gutted and remodeled. What was inside at the time of that appraisal was kitchen, bathroom, carpet, tile and other fixtures from 1955 and all in very poor shape. The kitchen and bathrooms and entire house have been completely remodeled with new carpet, tile, cabnets, counter tops, vanities, and electrial wiring updated to todays safety standards. In no way can the site you provided the link to accout for this because they are unaware of it. Those numbers also do not reflect the 5 ton A/C and heating (house only needs 3 ton) unit that is only 5 years old, and roof of same age.
The comps this computer generated estimated uses are very poor examples.
Only one is a 1/2 acre the rest are 1/4 acre. One is only 556 Sqare feet of house mine is 1400. None are a full acre and zoned for horses as my house is.
I am betting that all but one of the comps has a HOA (very unfriendly to Jeep projects)
Not that it makes much difference by now but the photo in the link is of my neighbors house which is half the size of mine.
This is a one ACRE lot zoned for horses with a house, a brick house. One Acre lots zoned for horses with an old trailer on them are worth the money that site thinks my house is worth.
Again thank you for the opportunity to expound on why my home is worth what I am asking for it.

Don't consider me serious as I'm probably a 3 years from really wanting to move. But I am intrigued having grown up in AJ...
Do you know if you can have multiple residences on your property. Say if I wanted to build another freestanding small house for guests or my mother when she can't take care of herself?

Yes this is possilble. In more ways than one. My next door neighbor has multiple dwellings on his place. More than one house and multiple trailers I believe. You have to get the proper building permits from the city, but there is no HOA so don't need their approval.
My neighbor 2 doors down not only built 2 houses but split the lot and is selling off one.
To split the lot you have to go through the process and put up a sign announcing your intent to do this and give your neighbors a chance to say why they think you sould not be allowed to.
My neighbor had no problem doing it splitting the lot that I know of. Depends on how you are zoned. We are zoned rural here even though we are in city limits. The down side is that with each less than a Acre his lots can no longer be zoned for horses.
Feel free to ask me any other questions you have. I have considered splitting the lot or building other structures myself but have not completely looked into it.

I've seen lots up there selling for that much - 250K seems like a pretty good deal to me.
FWIW - I live on an acre lot without an HOA and wouldn't have it any other way !!!
Good luck with the sale TR.

Hey Hunter,
Front yard is over a half Acre, so pleanty of room for BBQ's you would not have to drive home from!!!
It is zoned multiple use Rural. Thinking about you makes me wonder if you can have a business there too.
Wouldn't that be great, home and business in one place close to the lakes and 4 wheeling???

Would consider it if would not increase my work commute by more than an hour.
I know you are kidding by the smiley face at the end.
Looking forward to meeting you when we check out the trailer in a couple of Sundays.

Wow, good looking kitchen
Thanks, I did it myself ;)
Ok, I have done many kitchens like this one. In truth I had Home Depot install it. I am too old to do that kind of work alone anymore. Besides it is hard to beat a pro at his job. A few weeks of overtime at what I do best (RN) and it is paid for and under warranty.
Do it myself equals no warranty and at least one trip to the ER or Chiropractor.without getting paid to work there.
