Clubs use Delegates to be informed of what is going on, as well as
exercising their voting rights.
I guess I should have elaborated more on that point in my previous post.
How many delegates or "voting voices" would a "club" of say, 1000 have?

I believe Joe West stole all of the girlie clothes from Bill's Barbie
collection to put on his GI Joe action figures. You know, its part of
the politically correct don't ask don't tell policy. Those are actually
Barbie's in space suits. I think it has something to do with Bill
wanting to "Go around the world" with Barbie or something so he put them
in some moonsuits. They both seem happy so I don't mention it.

I believe Joe West stole all of the girlie clothes from Bill's Barbie
collection to put on his GI Joe action figures. You know, its part of
the politically correct don't ask don't tell policy. Those are actually
Barbie's in space suits. I think it has something to do with Bill
wanting to "Go around the world" with Barbie or something so he put them
in some moonsuits. They both seem happy so I don't mention it.
