i have a 97 jeep grand cherokee with quad trac. i have a noise coming from the left front when i get about 45 mph i hear a whine or roaring sound then get a virberations around 65mph. i have new tires and i know my cv boot is busted on that side and know that shouldnt make that noise. so if u have any ideas let me know. i just got it out of the shop and they said that the front end looked fine. please help.

Some1 whos mechanically inclined will eventually give you some feedback. I know I was getting the "death wobble" at about 35 mph shortly after making right turns.

Any how, Welcome aboard!! :)

I think you have your answer right there. I'd get that CV boot taken care of. You have probably lost all the grease in the joint. Might need new bearings.
