Any pics? Can you post or pm the address so i can check out the commute distance? How close are the RR tracks?
Do you have to hear the trains roll by? Also is there any schools close by, kinder and up? I'm seriously interested.

The address is 43983 W. Windrose Drive Maricopa, AZ 95238. The address won't show on my GPS or last I checked Yahoo maps. So you might have some difficulty figuring the miles.


How close are the RR tracks?

Mile or so.

Do you have to hear the trains roll by?

You can hear them at times when they blow the whistle, but not so much they wake you up.

Also is there any schools close by, kinder and up?

There are local schools and more being built. My kids are grown so I don't know as much as I should about them. I will try to collect more info this week end.. I am working a half day on Friday and off Saturday and Sunday.

I will have a place in Apache Junction for sale or rent that is a full ACRE with RV gate and zoned for horses in October this year.

September 31st 2008 is the last day for the current lease. He does not plan to renew. So will be available the 1st of October 2008.

He may even want to move out earlier than that.
