Okay folks, here we go. Vote and tell us when you can be there. We'll obviously need to go when we get the most participation.
As was stated in the original post about this; Chris has some days that he can't make and I have the same issue.
Personally, I feel as though the both of us SHOULD be there since 1) I started this thing and 2) Chris has put it all together.
Just as a reminder, Easter Sunday is the 23rd of March.

Keep in mind for anyone that wants to attend the Game and Fish Outdoor Expo, it is the weekend of March 28-30.

I have so many things coming up, even thought I really want to be there, don't make it around me and lose a bunch of other people. Select what works and if I can alter my schedule I will, if not hopefully it will be a weekend I can attend.

Whenever, I'm down! The earlier the better. I am going to the AZVJC Moab trip so I need to save every penny and at 13 mpg it's not cheap to trek to Phx, especially that far.

Okay, with all being said at this point......Let's roll on Sunday, March 30th.

That date carries the most votes and I am sure that there are others that have been watching this thread but just didn't want to post up; better to be unexpected and just show up. I know that I hate to commit to doing something and then something happens to prevent me from following through (a couple of you guys here on the board know what I mean. If you still need my services, shoot me a PM and we'll look at getting back on track with it).

In any case, Sunday, 30 March 2008. I say we meet at the dunes area at say 0830-0900 (that's in the morning for you civilian type folks) and get started. I would prefer an earlier start time but that is the day after my anniversary :love: and I'm not sure what we are going to be doing that night and what condition I may or may not be in on Sunday :devilish:

Thanks in advance for those of you that said that you will be there and also to those of you that will show up unexpected.

My1stJeep, AKA: Chris, Hackle, AKA: Jim F. what if anything do we need to do from this point? The date and time are set now. Do I need to pick anything up, call anybody, etc????? Please let me know so I can get on it.

I have to work on the 30th so I am putting in for the day off. This place needs it bad so if you are not sure about it then go before and see how bad it is. Please lets make this cleanup one to remember. I care about what the desert looks like. When I go out I try to bring at least one bag of trash home with me. If everyone cared to do the same then this problem wouldn't be as bad. (just my thought)

ok People?! lets just pick a date It would be great to please to everyones needs but anyne who is anyone knows this is impossible. The main thing is to try to get as many people as we can to show up! get with Tim to get some of his contacts. Get the forest service, the Fish and Game And if possible the BLM involved. If anyone goes onto other off road/ outdoor forums lets get them involved! Pick a date ASAP so we can get as many people involved as possible!

The date is set for Sunday, 30 March. Meet at around 830-900 AM.

I-10 West to Watson road. Get off at Watson road and go north. The air down spot is where the pavement ends.

I have this activity posted up to the calendar with all the information.

I went with this date because that is the when the most people said they could make it. As was said earlier.....you can't please everyone.
